1. Commission Refunds

Commissions are only charged on successfully completed and verified matches. If a match is not completed or is disputed, the commission may be refunded after review.

2. Service Fees

Registration on MC Portal is free. Any service fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

3. Dispute Resolution

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. Our team reviews each case individually.
